12oz Roasters Reseve - BEKELE BLEACHOW

Bekele Baleycho is a leader in the Sidama Bensa region of Ethiopia.  He runs several of his own farms, and also collects coffee from local small land holders to produce about a container and a half of coffee a year.  He also runs his own processing facilities and works hard to continuously improve his processes and quality of coffee.  This offering is a Honey Process coffee.  This process removes most of the fruit from the coffee bean, but leaves some sticky mucilage for the duration of the drying process.  This adds sweetness and body to the coffee. We think it tastes like Lingonberry, Lime, Apricot, and Honey.
