12oz Light Roast Coffee

This Tanzanian coffee is a Peaberry Coffee.  Peaberries are a naturally occurring genetic mutation that can happen to any coffee plant, but is prevalent in Tanzania.  This coffee is traced to the Mwalyego washing station which is supplied by a cooperative of 150 small land owners.  In the past decade this station has become increasingly successful and is one of the highest producers in the country.  We think this coffee is smooth and sweat with tasting notes of Wildflower Honey and Citrus.
