This light roast is from the Oaxaca region of Mexico.  This coffee is produced by a group of small landholders that have a mission of maintaining excellent coffee along with maintaining and honoring their agricultural and cultural traditions.  This coffee has a delicious sweetness with flavors of honey and hazelnut, along with an herbal complexity as it cools.
